Anneli Fischer’s professional passion is to lead innovative process optimization projects which should empower organizations to manage social, environmental, and financial resources efficiently and sustainably. Moreover, they should help clarifying accountabilities and creating transparency within the organization and its processes. Anneli Fischer has many years of experience in international business and supply chain management, where her focus has been strategic and operative Organizational Development & Process Management. In the last few years, she has specialized in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in terms of integration of environmental, social, and financial criteria into strategies of organizations and their processes. Moreover, she has expanded her expertise regarding the relevance of certain international norms and standards (GRI Standards, the SDGs, ISO26000, UN Global Compact, Amfori BSCI, ISO9001, ISO14001 etc.), how to employ materiality assessments and the importance of stakeholder engagement and communication.

Johanna Hansjürgens

Having grown up in Hungary, lived and studied in France, Spain and Germany, Johanna’s international background has shaped her career. In her undergraduate studies she primarily studied business administration and sociology at the University of Potsdam in Germany, and one semester at the University of Granada in Spain, which gave her a broad insight into economic and societal issues.

The acquired knowledge regarding the existing complexity of the socio-ecological crisis moved her to pursue a transdisciplinary approach and brought Johanna to Wu Vienna, where she is currently pursuing a Master in Socio-Ecological Economics and Policy. Among many, topics around the political economy of inequalities, as well as alternative concepts of work such as the reduction of working hours and the associated benefits for citizens are more concrete focal points of interest.
